Post Consumer Brands Intranet
I worked with Post Consumer Brands to redesign their employee intranet. The company had recently restructured, merging several large companies. The employees needed unification and were looking to the parent company for leadership, a common mission and a shared purpose. A reimagined intranet was a great place to accomplish these things. I started the collaboration by leading a creative design workshop with Post. This discovery process helped everyone to prioritize their objectives and align with the the redesigned brand direction. Successfully applying the new brand direction and mission along with a strong hierarchal design system helped convey the company's new vision for the future. User experience was greatly improved from the previous site by making the site responsive and mobile friendly.
