International Trucks Inventory Site
This well-known truck company needed to update the online inventory experience. Their goal was to expand their large database of dealer inventory, increase sales leads and conversions and improve the user experience. My UX approach included benchmarking competitor vehicle sites and exploring the best possible combinations of user flows and patterns. I enhanced the truck shopping experience by providing new features like truck comparisons, customer request forms, and advanced results filtering. International Trucks can now provide more inventory options in a radically improved design. This reimagined buying tool has helped buyers easily find the right truck for the job.
