myUNFI Dashboard
I designed a new dashboard experience for UNFI that provides actionable insights and important data for their partnering food suppliers and brokers. Interactive prototypes were used to conduct usability testing with the new design concepts. This helped us to gain the valuable insights needed to refine the dashboard experience so it provides all the most important information you need in one place.

UX Strategy
Collaborated with the business leadership team to understand the goals and requirements for the new supplier portal. Created an online prototype for usabilty testing. Documented user needs, goals and pain points as we fine tuned the design.

Usability testing and interviews were conducted with UNFI customers. The goal was understand how well the new designs are performing. New insights were discovered that helped make this a more powerful tool.
